- Stenographer Computer Proficiency (Typing speed: 40wpm)
- B.Com or ACCA
- Inter (Commerce), with Computer literacy
- MA/ MSc /MS/ BA/BSc/ BS in relevant subject, along with B.Ed M.Ed degree. Those having additional qualification and experience will be preferred.
- F. Sc (Pre-Medical) / (Pre-Engineering) / Certificate in Computer Science
